CHALLENGING CHILDHOODS is a non-profit association helping children develop active awareness and participation with their natural environment and challenge the status quo of ‘childhood’.
Childhood is the period every child lives through until the age of eighteen. The top children’s rights enshrined in the UNCRC Children are :
- to have the right to the best health care possible,
- to have clean water to drink
- to have healthy food and
- to have a clean and safe environment to live in.
This can only be achieved by creating awareness of the way they can concientously co -exist with their natural environment.

We offer ecological literature-based workshops. This learning process aims to empower children to actively use their social agency and develop a reflective and learning attitude towards lifelong learning.
SIMONETTA CORRADINE
She is a teacher and author currently residing between London and Spain. Born in Cali, Colombia, she grew up traveling between Colombia and the United States from a very young age. After completing her secondary education in France, she returned to Colombia to begin her university studies, which she later completed in the United States and England. In addition to drawing, cooking, and traveling, she has a deep passion for writing stories for both adults and children. This passion gave rise to Pulgarosa, Princess Eco-Warrior, the first in a series of novels yet to come.
Excelente y muy completa información sobre las diversas formas que podemos ayudar a los niños que no tienen la educación como un derecho y una obligación primordial para una infancia enriquecedora que desarrollen en ellos sus capacidades intelectuales que muy seguramente quedarían disminuidas para una vida que está demandando cada día más personas capacitadas. Ayudemos, ese debe ser nuestro compromiso con la infancia que requiere ya la ayuda. Solo requerimos de verdadero amor y generosidad.

As an artist/teacher/architect, with many years of experience teaching art to young people, I have much to offer this association. My current problem is economic, and I have little to offer from that perspective, struggling as I am to keep my family afloat. I would, however, love to participate in your projects.
